I have followed lot of small companies that have had to make deals to finance their growth/expansion. With Visser having the money, they are in the driver's seat and have made themselves a nice deal. How good a deal this is for LQMT depend on whether this was really the best deal that Steipp could get under the circumstances as well as what happens to revenues and earnings. If LQMT is able to post record revenues with earnings, this deal won't matter much in the long term. If not, it will hurt the price we get out at. The thing about the deal though is that Visser stands to make a lot of money if LQMT does well, will probably get out with at least a good part of his equity if LQMT doesn't but it also depends on the lock up period of the shares, if there is one, which I didn't see mentioned.
