Agree that no government could have handled the scale of this disaster. But they could've handled it better and faster than they did!

Sad story from the radio: N.O. police department is about 1,500 officers (I think they said); they were so overwhelmed and frustrated at impotence, inability to really help, that there were some suicides! Many sad stories.
