This baby is about to be tied up as you can see in Jim's statement: "We have determined all the measures and needs for retrofitting the plant in order to meet their goals as well as Global's goal of negotiating a contract for that project." Everything had to be tested and proven and it has. Nothing more to do except the deal itself. Everyone's on the same page with the process and retrofitting and the costs involved are out in the open. The hammer will drop folks and this is a biggie.
