Didn't say a low level customer service rep wouldn't know about it. I said such a person would not have inside information. Big difference IMO. The LOI informs the public about the possible merger. I doubt the service rep knows much more than is publicly available. FWIW, this was not an attempt to bash. I am long and in until the end. Just trying to keep it real. GLTU
