THe reason a low level employee would be intelligently advised to a Corporate level Merger/Acquisition is due the mentioned " received many phone calls regarding this" so, any proper management team would be notified to the barrage of phone calls from stockholders inquiring about this. My 8 year old niece could figure that one out! ASYI
