Everyone is getting worked up over a statement made by a person who is in all likelihood just a telephone customer service rep.
I imagine the extent of his knowledge is limited to being instructed to say that customer costs would not be affected by the merger,should it even come to fruition. Think about it. Why would a low level employee be privy to inside info? GLTA
