Hey Hay, I'm just here trying to make a buck. I try to be neutral. The word "Tailwind" is in the name of this board. I see "headwinds"(red flags) in companies that are involved in fracking and along that line of those environmental wacko's, I think GMO is a headwind(red flag) for seed companies. I'd rather be in non controversial stocks with tailwinds, such as MKC moving into China and RMCF moving into Japan.

I believe that if fracking and ground water pollution becomes more of an issue, it gives "Headwinds" for the new 2nd generation ethanol companies. ADM is big into ethanol as well as small companies like AMRS, GEVO, KIOR(all 3 got creamed Friday as oil caved) and PEIX. I don't own any of those stocks, but watching closely for an entry. I'd kind of want to open a foreign account with Schwab and buy Dutch company DSM which is big into sustainable products, like food ingredients(GMO or not) and cellulosic ethanol.

I say "Try to be neutral", not always easy, but a good mantra.
