Kinda new to this stock ~ so someone straighten me out. On April 3rd or around there.. the stock spiked from sub-penny to .07 because of this pr ???

Please help me understand... I really want to know ...It lasted 2 or 3 days and went back sub-penny , right ? Just your ordinary pump and dump or a real business here ?
