ECDC is fully reporting Nasdaq OTCBB. Top tier for penny stocks and it costs alot of money to stay there. Kay has been the best CEO I have seen in a penny stock in a very long time and always followed through on what he has proposed as far as future plans etc. We have all seen it happen for those of us who have been around. Looking forward to the social media launches next! Huge $$$.
