Researched the top 5 potential picks based on what TBX had announced over the past 2 weeks. TBX stated their next pick would be around/below 15mill float, and under .15

I put up LEVEL2 and watched all 5 potential picks I had narrowed down, and was watching for pre-market movement. Then it jumped with volume around 9:22-9:25.
