Yet.....they do have a year by year technology development agreement which may transcend what you say, in that there remains one more year and renewable subject to Apple's right of first refusal, that whatever is developed at Apple will be shared... however, that may be unilateral and uni-directional, since Apple is doing the R&D for the time being.
