The LOI stated CHRI was looking to acquire (buy ) "UP TO" 100% of HBRM. It left the window open for various options but merger was not on the table. It also does not mean they have to buy 100% of HBRM just 51% to get a controlling interest int he company which may or may not have an affect on the current PPS.
