OT: Agree. There is too much Monday morning quarterbacking going on. I like Bill Cara, but he is in the same boat. He blasted the increase in oil prices when the hurricane changed directions saying it was just an excuse to raise prices. He said there was less than a 1% chance of it hitting N.O. Could it be that he doesn't know as much as he thinks? Nah. He flip flopped on how bad it was a few times. Now, he tells readers to go back and read how devastating he thought it would be 24 hours before it hit. Really? What about 48 hours before it hit? What about 72 hours? Different story.
