Great resource and actually rte 2 goes from Minot to Williston and Tioga is south of Stanley at the only stop light now in Stanley.
Also great areas untouched so far are Williston, Watford City, Beach, Aberdeen and many more.
The oil drilling is now starting to move east the next couple of years toward Northern MN as well.
Growth and possibility are huge for many new contracts.
The highest populous areas needing housing now are Watford City Williston and Beach and absolutely crazy the number of houses needed and apartments now.
The County around Williston alone needs a new unit built to house 1000 new deputies they are now in the process of hiring.
Also take into account ND is working on building to full refineries and they will employ 1000'S of new jobs to new people needing housing.
Long term here is no sweat on price and now worries to me.
Hoping to be back there this next month now as this month been a lot of the southeast
