Yes DB. That is always the most destructive part. Shorting against the very shares the "financiers" are owed per the converts. Now there is some maneuvering here. Essentially getting someone else, a "3rd party," to short or work a negative campaign. You just make more. And its not really Naked because you have the asset or claim to shares below mkt. Dangerous to get into the shark tank.
