New Holland will come through. RP is not an idiot. Pinkerton will pull that together. 3rd quarter and the CNH PR might breathe some life into the revenue picture for this fall. Hopefully the type of contract will be revealed in terms of production...parts, extent of production. I am surprised some on this old board forget that MWW never had any money; as big papa said..about 12000 to start with. I am learning something from the experienced traders here--the sub prime money guys shorting? Is that really true MD MH ? Do the covenants with this type of financing NOT prohibit this behavior? Or am I just a naive here? I see subprime entities here making large 250,000 loans to investors at 18% with 2500 up for a 6 month bullitt to bid on flips... its big business here cuz you could never get chase or b of a or wells to touch this stuff. Corporations or LLC's it does not matter...risk reward. An aussie corp here set up 4 million to loan that way and they were loaned up in a week at these terms. Some even pledge a strip of the equity in the resale to obtain a higher LTV. Same concept just the shorting spooked me.
Last question MD MH EMZ...again; the forecasted 4 million on Bogs letter...would that track to the existing contracts only...can we leave the other BS like the RS and all the bla bla alone for a day or so; what does the 4 million in revenues represent in your opinions...is CNH in there?? These are the real issues..albiet if CNH does not come through than I guess the 4 million is ????
