100% right halifax! And the funny thing is....a pinky can start to run. It can climb 1000% in a few minutes.....but guess what, the OTCMarkets will HALT the stock if " current financials " are not registered with them. They will slap a " caveat emptor " on the company so fast it will make even SG take a double take. Then the ONLY option is to provide them.....real fast or face delisting!
Some listed companies try to keep interest even without regular financials by posting a quarter once a year and do a fairly good job with it. SG is an ex-broker and is fully aware of what loop holes to use and buttons to push with OTCMarkets and yes his investors.
SG is one of the more credible owners I have ran across but as with all " pinkie stocks ", I ignore the fluff and only give those owners of " startup companies " so long to produce financials and profitability or I am GONE! 3.3 years is on the outside fringe for a startup to be profitable and SG knows this. SG has the resources to " get it done " and putting it off much longer will be IMHO, detremental to the health of SEEK!
SG has dangled the carrot for almost 3 years for me now and even longer for numerous others on this boardl. My EXIT POINT will be 12/31 and I would assume their will be several others with me if he doesn't have factual numbers and showing PROFITS before then. SG knows his clock is ticking and his business plan is starting to look real weak to a lot of investors.
I would imagine SG also has the thought in the back of his mind about how the OTCmarkets are now clamping down and starting to delist stocks that refuse to keep current with their financials. I don't think SG would want to get into a " going out of business sale " with HIS SHARES!!
Once SG uplists ( if or when it happens ) then what is to say 12 months go by again and " no financials " hit the scene? Guess what.....delisted back to " pinkie land " would be in order for SG and the process would start ALL OVER again. Lots of ways to play investors here.
I guess we will all see if the old saying " if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is " will hold true in SEEK or not! Only Q/Q and Y/Y financials will tell!!
