I agree.But with a penny you don't know from day to day where it will end up.After these Pr's it should have moved up but went flat or lower,by the end of the day.I think everybody should know a penny stock has no logic like a dow stock.Their have been many pennies that have gone up a 100 to 200% in a day for no reason and have a lot worse share structure than this is.Nobody knows if their is dilution going on.MM's have the power to let this run,and right now they are not going to do it yet.
