Robert, yes, that is an accurate email. I have no idea who initiated or why
the activity this week, has occurred. And yes, I have a 2,000 - 3,000 unit
housing order I could get if I was in production. Each unit would sell for
between $12K - $15K. We are working hard to secure the necessary funding to
get started.

John, Robert here. I have left you a few voicemails and have not heard back
from you. I was wondering if you could confirm the validity of the following
email you sent another share holder. I was also wondering if it is true if you
could make a public announcement about it.

point I had a Reserve Equity Funding Agreement in place that would have

us into production, but they failed to come through. I am still actively
