Do you have a link to this "interview" where Feller said "he intends on diluting CBS 20% share ownership"?

I do recall him saying that if they convert the preferred shares that it would necessarily dilute CBS's percentage (along with everyone elses) but never heard anything like his intent was diluting CBS percentage.

It sounds like you're reading something into that statement that really wasn't there. That is unless you have a link to where he says "he intends on diluting CBS..."
