in a interview paul fellor said he intends on diluting CBS 20% share ownership, huge dilution. also he diluted smdi in a terrible way. the future plans are... RS and dilute like they did smdi... every investor needs to come into this with eyes wide so they dont get blind sided. current share holder need to know this info so they can make wise decisions down the road.
