I haven't been "skirting" with anything Phil.

I believe I said earlier that this IS a political issue.

It involves ALL politicians. It involves ALL potential disasters in this country. Were we prepared for 9/11? Nope. Who's fault? THE POLITICIANS. ALL POLITICIANS. Were we prepared for Hurrican Andrew in Florida? Nope. Who's fault? THE POLITICIANS. ALL POLITICIANS. I could go on, but I think you get my point.


As for what I would do with the money? I have a degree in accounting. I don't think that qualifies me on emergency preparedness.
