This country is not prepared for extreme emergencies.

What emergencies do you envision and how do you feel we could be better prepared?

And how much do you think your ideas will cost?

And who do you think should pay for them?

IOW,

I know NO could have been better prepared.

But the best option was the one I suggested earlier on this board.

Bulldoze the city and get it up above sea level.

Who's going to pay for that?

And who's going to pay to rebuild the city?

You see my point?

How about the earthquakes on the West Coast or the tornadoes in other parts of the country?

What is your plan for them?
