Of course FB is a pump and dump. Funny how only OTC stocks are claimed to be guilty of that. Yet when a big board stock is "raising capital" that is not a scam or a P&D. LOL!

The bankers and brokers are dumping and the hedge finds have been shorting. Top it off with the well timed "glitch" in the NASDQ trading platform, and you have the perfect crime, yet again.

Not to mention the insider information pre-IPO!
