Burpzilla: I just saw a blurb on FOX News that shots were fired at helicopters evacuating folks form the Superdome, so the evacuation has been suspended.

I have spoken to several folks around the country, that in almost the same breath express deep concern and compassion for the folks trapped in New Orleans, but at the same time are shocked and appalled by the lawlessness exhibited by many of those same people and how quickly it materialized.

The lawlessness is beyond a doubt giving many folks pause at contributing to relief efforts.
