You know, there may be a reason for their confusion. Here's the list of officers from what's now the company website:

Obviously it needs updating.

Brazzi was appointed CEO, Principal Financial Officer, and much more on 23 March:

So presumably he should have been the one to sign the Sarbanes-Oxley certification as CFO. But on the other hand, in today's Q, under "subsequent events", they say that the acquisition, which led to the management reshuffle, was not "finalized" until after 31 March.

In any case, they still screwed up.
