Just realized they have ISIM (Insight Management Corp) listed in the litigation too under its former name, Microresearch Corp.

And also just realized that I did have Nicholas Geranio's name listed in my past research posts:

Geranio was listed as being linked to Natsui Trust LLC which controlled Tech Development LLC who was a major beneficial owner in many of these shells:






I noticed this part from the SEC press release today:

The SEC alleges that Geranio also assisted in diverting $240,000 in investor funds toward an undisclosed down payment on a property to start a Hawaiian wedding planning company.

The SEC complaint does mention an entity called BWRE Hawaii LLC

Here is the Nevada business entity for Blue Water Real Estate LLC controlled by Natsui GF Fund (Nicholas Geranio):

Together BWRE and Loulu formed a Hawaii based wedding planning company called Loulu Palm Weddings:

As part of the package deal you were required to purchase insurance through Blue Water Real Estate LLC

The weddings are/were held on the Estate of a property that Geranio put a down payment on using investor funds diverted from these various shells that he controlled in the background.
