Bill... after thinking about it, Scottrade may not be able to send my my certs after all. They are still showing in my account, which is an IRA. I figure they would have sent them out by now if they could, but considering it's an IRA, I would think they need to hold the shares. I agree--if they do end up sending me certs via certified mail--I will refuse the parcel--I have asked my wife to do so as well.

I do hope that joby finds out some info from Florida soon.
