They had a lot of clean up to do, and now expecting an update with more meat shortly, per the email a week ago.
"We were hopeful that a few of the outstanding issues would be resolved by April 30th. Unfortunately, they are taking a bit longer than expected. However, we expect sufficient progress will be made this week and next, and are hopeful that by the end of next week we will be able to provide an update on the current status of Michelex, along with an outline of the general business plan that we believe makes the most sense going forward.

We appreciate your patience and will continue to work to the best of our abilities to resolve issues, and provide factual updates, as quickly as possible."
