Yeah, looks like it's selling shares to me...

And trust me, I know the company forwards and backwards. I kind of alerted it at 0008

I found the patents, I contacted the CEO.

Regardless, this company may not be updated in its filings, but clearly there is an existence and connection with http://www.teamenergy-inc.com/

CEO is the same with both companies. So seeing that the privately held company Team Energy Inc is a subsidiary of GRBG there is a product to sell and a pulse left in the company.

Your assuming that because there is no filing, there is nothing happening.

I am speculating that since they have not filed a Form 15-12G that the company is still in existence and therefore has something to offer.

But then again I was told I was crazy on that one too. Risk tolerance is different for different people. I like to buy when no one wants it. I am not saying this is a KMA* type company at all. I am saying the market showed today, the chart has bottomed and the SS is favorable with the market speculation and lack of diluting that this could move to the 0025 range on purely technical's in the short term and the chart will still be oversold.

I am not here looking for blue chip stocks.
