IMHO, you're incorrect, got to think outside that Wallyworld box. I've bought the $5 load up at the check out stand stuff for gifts and flat out emergency cards for my kids, because I prefer the card to be used anywhere, for anything, including doctor bills, I assume OTOW's card will be the same way.
