green dot and walmart have this business all wrapped up IMO. I'm sure their R many others trying to get thier feet in the door but I just don't see people buying an 02 mastercard and using it's services with those other big name cards on the shelves where a customer can touch and feel the products with customer service right there for the taking. Maybe I can be proved wrong but the track record Val has along with OTOW I bet I'm right with my thinking. Just another penny scam in the works IMHO.
