Question. If VPER and LedsAmerica both have the same CEO and President, what is the purpose for a NDO unless there is at least one additional viable party?
Just taking a stab at it - one possibility would be for the companies to merge and change the symbol to LEDO or something else. It appears that LedsAmerica is the company with all of the resources. We shall see - remember hindsight is 20/20.
