The problems are not within the product, the problems are within the secret keeping. There is no reason at all they could not put out a pr saying they weren't ready to disclose the merger terms and conditions yet. That would appease most people here. The LEDs are not in question here, it's the company's inability to follow through with what they have said they will do. There should be nothing that's hidden from us or not disclosed. I'm sure they have a NDA ( non disclosure affidavit/agreement for certain aspects of the merger talks, but they can at least gives us something since they were supposed to announce it last month.
I think, based on the email one of the posters here said, about CEO not knowing the address of the facility in DC and it would be about 3 weeks before he could answer his specific questions tells me to look for a pr in 3 weeks. I think they are going to put out pr after pr after pr in about 3 weeks or they will hire someone for a pump and then try and blow the stock sky high. I think when they start putting out the PRs they will put all their cards on the table at one time
