CVX—LongView Funds wants to allow CVX shareholders to sue CVX in any jurisdiction of their choosing, which they cannot currently do according to CVX’s bylaws:

I presume that LongView Funds has a specific lawsuit it wishes to file against CVX, but not in Delaware. Does anyone disagree?
