I'll leave this one up to Matt, but I know I don't mind as long as that naming convention is adhered to. The main thing about forbidding multiple accounts is to squelch some manipulation (multiple accounts is a popular tool for this -- one person pretending to be many who like a stock) and to not use a new account to circumvent a suspension/termination.
