First off it's 5pm here, so stop telling everybody to sleep well. And why would people be panic selling? What has the company done to create panic selling? The reason we see panic selling is because market makers know how to create fear through manipulation in level 2. They can use their own inventory of shares to do this. Also what may get listed as a sell could in fact be a buy on the bid. MM's are known for listing buys/sells incorrectly.

Why is it that you can report MMs to the SEC/FINRA for illegal activities if there is no such thing as manipulation? Members of the ECDC board did it months ago because they tracked daily activities and it actually worked for them to get the MM off the stock for awhile.
