Why is that funny? ECDC is a company that should be valued well above this spot and it is not funny that people can manipulate the stock like this. A company on track to 2.5 million in revenues in one year that has cut its liabilities and one subsidiary is valued (independently) at over 1.5 million but hey the flippers keep getting their money. Not funny that a company's worth gets screwed because of it though.

The current PPS has the entire company worth only 3 million....that is simply ridiculous.
