You could be right if we were talking about a large company like Verizon or Apple, but IT departments inside of comapnies like UPS and Coca Cola are not likely to specialize in personal mobile device security apps. It would probably be more cost effective to license it. I doubt companies like Coca Cola or UPS developed their own version of MS Excel to avoid licensing from MS.

In addition, you could be right about that there is "nothing magical" about the software once you figure out how it works, but then you need to get past the barriers of proprietary technology....of which you have no idea what patents or rights are held by PhoneGuard. Or do you?
