First of all, is it your opinion that they are hiding things from SEC? I don't see where the SEC is requesting anything. I don't see where insiders are filing(forms 144). I do however notice that many on here are posting about filings and have been critical of the 10k, and appear to have very little understanding about those SEC filings.

It is ez to come here and post the company hasn't done this or hasn't done that. The FACT is they aren't behind or at risk of being investigated by the SEC , not as far as I can tell based on their filing to date. Now if you have some concrete information that refutes that by all means please post it here so that we can discuss it. Otherwise, I would be careful oabout posting statements like they are hinding things from the SEC...
