Well, how many months is that going to take...I have others positions that file the 8K the very same day.....does not seem that difficult to me. Just CBIS sending up a RED flag that there is something odd going on, and most likely not for the good if investors.......hiding stuff from the SEC is bad, IMO. It tells me they do not want to be held accountable.
