Being in the Bulk Fuel sector myself only a whole lot more
things have been pretty darn good through the last few years.
The wording on the main documents leads me to lean towards
a getting rid of some old equipment that is not producing what they
want it to and moving debt around for a better return.
Also they did get into a pizzzing contest with a bank some time ago
and bet there is some sore egos with that old deal that may have moveed forward into this. I see them coming out of this a stronger firm. Maybe not of the same name but may end up like a Ice firm not long ago.
Anyway had some medical issues this last week so have not done all my research but feeling a bit better and will dig around a bit more.
