The last time Paul reported the share structure to the court it was around 390,766,744 currently it is 462,855,646... Paul couldn't give 72 million shares to some entity while in court or BK so they've been transferred to someone since March 16th the dismissal of the BK... The good news whomever is holding these can't use them for 6 months making September 16 the earliest they could spill/cash them in.

Could be Paul's new partner/company is holding them...
Could just be the company just needs some cash (72 million shares @ today's prices $700,000) and is part of a 504 or something.... after all XMDC is broke... either way this should move like a low floater up to .035 for a few months.
