IMO - In-you-end-dow's should only be used suppositories "for constipation".

Wrong information can cloud and blind your thinking. Just sort out some facts.

1. Who has the most to gain with the success of PWTC? Mr. Lee Balak!!

2. Who has the most to loose with a failure of PWTC? Mr. Lee Balak!!

3. Who has completed ANY SIGNED Agreement for PWTC? Mr. Lee Balak!!

4. Who has created a Brand New Corporation with BCRI? Mr. Lee Balak!!

5. Who is the one that is constructively working NOW? Mr. Lee Balak!!

6? I may be wrong, but it is my understanding that Wolf Meyerfeld was
a fifth member of the Consortium in Sweden. Being that he is both
President and CEO of PWTC, if he did become a 20% member, would
that not be a "CONFLICT OF INTEREST"??? Isn't that Illegal???

1. The Sweden Group started "pondering" over their "UNSIGNED"
Agreement much earlier than when BCRI was contacted by
Mr. Lee Balak. Then Wolf bought in with the Sweden Group
and he is now 20% owner. Being that Wolf is also the
President and CEO of Power Technology, wouldn't it be
possible that if they delayed long enough, Wolf could
sweeten their Agreement, even more than it already is.
Isn't that why "Conflict of Interest" is not legal?? It's
entirely possible that L.B. already has another group, in
the wings,
just waiting for Europe. Face it, Europe is a Hugh Prize!!
They could be willing to sign an Agreement similar to the
Agreement that BCRI has already signed, sealed, delivered.
He has been working!! He will make this Company succeed.

2. BCRI has already signed the Agreement, with Mr Lee Balak.
Their coverage area is North and South America. BCRI
and L.B. have already created a new Corporation, in
Canada: NxCell Batteries Inc. and I believe they have
already hired the new CEO. (Check Hotdog's post, on it)

3. There has been a great deal of gloom - gloom and more
gloom, about the future of PWTC. IMO, to me, it seems
like Wolf is purposely holding this company down. As to
why??? I hope that it's not 'for personal gain' with his
Sweden Group??? There's that "Conflict of Interest" thing
again.

4. All of this is: IMO. I do not think that PWTC is on it's
way to 'extinction!!!!! OUR TECHNOLOGY WILL PREVAIL.
We are already creating our BUILDING FOUNDATIONS. With
our dragging anchor, Wolf, out of our management, we will
move ahead. PWTC's New Technology is coming to light in
the Technology World. Right now, we have our High Tech
Battery and the Revolutionary Pipe Link. Those two do not
spell FAILURE.
