Do not be fooled by the oversold condition; we can get a lot more oversold. There is just simply no imputus for this stock to move higher period, unless you believe in DIVINE INTERVENTION.
Not only we can't resign LG, but more troubling is the NO WORD ON
SAMSUNG either by KOP, WHICH TO ME WOULD BE the nail in the coffin for IDCC. With earning in a couple of days I would certainly stay away for now, the risk to the downside is to great now when comparing revenue for Q1 to Q1 2011; A SEQUENTIAL large decline which I believe will move us into the twentees; not to mention a POTENTIAL LOSS AT THE CAFC. IF anything this stock is still A SHORT IMO; and I have been saying that for the last ten points.
