I agree with mdimport that a need for quick tax cash seems a good motivation. Especially if the seller freaked when hearing about the 5b AS bump.

Many of us remember Mark diluting us to 11b in 2010, then RS'ing the prior shares into oblivion.
The dumper might be one of us that lived through that small joy, and lost patience with the wait for White Space.
