Total BS, it is easier to be a Pink Sheet stock and do 504 Reg Ds all day long or even 506s so that they can dump all the shares they want and not have to report it.

It is harder to be Fully Reporting and OTCQB or OTCBB than basic Pink Sheet.

Give me a break.
