The fact they remain a reporting company may or may not be positive, simply because it is a lot easier to a fully reporting company to dilute through toxic death spiral convertibles than if they are not fully reporting.

We know they are diluting through death spiral convertibles, which by itself may completely explain why they are still fully reporting. Because it certainly doesn't seem to be related to any mineral exploration activities.
