With other words: Herzog has been a liar since two years reagrding founding - iof he is not able to pay those 4 million $.
Or do you know any serious CEO who risks its reputation for 4 million....if some hundreds of millions shall be at their bank account?
Herzog pays nothing because BGMO has no money BUT I would nopt wonder if this company ends with tons of debt and a CEO who disappeared without a word.
