Here is some solid news - The New York Supreme Court posted final judgment in the Camofi litigation against Herzog, Parekh and Bergamo in the amount of $3,981,262.33.

Lotsa luck them collecting, but this debt now hangs over the company. Herzog could have/should have taken BGMO through chapter 11 years ago and gotten rid of the old debts or settled like he did with Platinum, but he ignored the litigation and didn't even pay his own lawyer (beyond the initial retainer), so now he has a huge, legal and very solid claim against him personally and the company.

Rarely has an executive inflicted so much damage upon on himself and his company through bad decisions and avoidance of responsibility.

At least he is consistent - what ever mental blockage caused him to assert over and over that he would provide financing to Greensafe and promote all those phony financing schemes also drove him to ignore Camofi's legitimate claim and bungle the court case, despite having given the lender collateral.
